Our standard parcels are typically delivered within 2-3 working days. We know that some of you rely on fast delivery, and we ask that express orders are placed before 12pm for the 48h delivery option. If you require food sooner than this, please get in touch directly.

Availability

The kitchen is fully up and running and we have plenty of stock for most items. Where there are shortages, we will simply take the relevant products offline until they are available again.

Safety

As a kitchen, we already employed stringent hygiene measures before the pandemic. We have made sanitising points available throughout the building, working areas have been adjusted according to government guidelines, and we are taking extra precautions to ensure that we - our staff and our customers - stay safe.

The nature of our business means that we cannot produce our food remotely, however, we are doing all we can to operate in a way which does not compromise the fight against Coronavirus.
