Refund & Returns Policy

We want every bite (and sip!) to be worth it. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to sort it out quickly and kindly. Here's everything you need to know.

1. Our Promise
Because our products are food items, we're unable to accept returns on opened or partially-consumed goods for hygiene and food-safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will always make it right - no quibbles.

2. Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement
You're entitled to a full refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or the packaging was broken on delivery.

  • The product is past its best-before date at the time of delivery.

  • You received the wrong item or something was missing from your order.

  • The product is faulty or not as described on our website.

For unopened, non-perishable items (such as our camping mug), you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You'll need to return the item in its original, unused condition at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

3. What We Can't Refund
We're unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Opened or partially-used food products (unless they are faulty or damaged).

  • Orders where the issue is reported more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.

  • Change of mind on food/perishable products once opened.
     

4. How to Request a Refund
Getting in touch is easy - just drop us a message via the contact form at morseladventures.co.uk/talk-to-us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following so we can help you as fast as possible:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable).

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, we'll process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's on its way. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the credit.

6. Returning Items
If we ask you to return a non-food item (such as a camping mug), we'll provide the return address. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit. Return postage is covered by us if the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Your Consumer Rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For more information about your rights, visit gov.uk/consumer-rights.
 
8. Fraudulent or Disputed Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made on your account without your authorisation, please contact us as soon as possible via morseladventures.co.uk/talk-to-us so we can look into it promptly.
To investigate a disputed transaction, we may need to gather certain information, including:

  • Proof of identity (e.g. a copy of your ID or a selfie with ID)

  • Evidence that the order was not placed or received by you (e.g. confirmation that the delivery address is unknown to you)

  • Any relevant correspondence or information that supports your claim

  • Details of any report made to your bank or the police (where applicable)
     

Please note: We take fraudulent claims very seriously and reserve the right to decline a refund where we have reasonable grounds to believe a claim is not genuine. Additionally, if a customer fails to cooperate with our investigation - including refusing to provide requested information within 14 days of our request - we will be unable to process the refund. We will always communicate clearly about what we need and why.
Where fraud is confirmed by a third party (such as your bank), we will work with you to reach a fair resolution as quickly as possible.
