Morsel Adventures is a UK-based business. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Using Our Website

By accessing our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the site or to suspend your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract between us is only formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where a pricing error has occurred.

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before processing and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the UK. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only - we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control (including severe weather, postal strikes, or public holidays).

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and notify us within 48 hours if anything appears damaged in transit.

6. Returns & Refunds (Consumer Orders)

• Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty or misdescribed.

• Unopened non-perishable items (e.g. our camping mug) may be returned within 14 days of receipt in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect orders will always be refunded or replaced.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Wholesale & Stockist Orders

If you are purchasing as a business stockist, separate wholesale terms will apply as agreed between us. In the absence of a separate written agreement, these Terms apply in full, with the following additional provisions:

• The 14-day consumer cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to business purchases.

• Wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities as communicated at the time of sale.

• Payment terms for stockists will be agreed in writing prior to the first order.

• Stockists may not resell our products below our recommended retail price without prior written consent.

8. Newsletter & Email Subscription

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive occasional emails from us about new products, promotions, adventures, and brand news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails, or by contacting us directly.

9. Affiliate & Referral Scheme

Where we operate an affiliate or referral programme, the following conditions apply:

• Referral rewards (discounts, credits, or other incentives) are subject to eligibility criteria communicated at the time of the promotion.

• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the scheme at any time with reasonable notice.

• Any attempt to abuse the scheme - including creating multiple accounts, submitting false referrals, or other fraudulent activity - will result in forfeiture of rewards and may result in account suspension.

10. User-Generated Content (Reviews & Social Tags)

We love seeing your adventures! When you tag us (@morseladventures / #morseladventures) or submit a review through our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, share, and reproduce that content (including photos, videos, and written reviews) across our website and social media channels for marketing and promotional purposes.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to share the content.

• The content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

• The content is accurate and not misleading.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we consider offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate. We will always credit you where reasonably practicable.

11. Events & In-Person Sales

Where we sell our products at markets, expos, or other in-person events (such as the markets or the National Outdoor Expo), the following applies:

• All sales made in person are subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.

• The 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to in-person sales, but your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

• Food products purchased at events cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless they are faulty.

• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance at third-party events at which we trade.
   

12. Fraudulent & Disputed Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made on your account without your authorisation, please contact us as soon as possible via morseladventures.co.uk/talk-to-us so we can investigate promptly.

To investigate a disputed transaction, we may request:

• Proof of identity (e.g. a copy of a valid ID document).

• Evidence that the order was not placed or received by you.

• Details of any report made to your bank or the police (where applicable).

• Any other relevant information that reasonably helps us to assess the claim.

We take fraudulent claims seriously and reserve the right to decline a refund where we have reasonable grounds to believe a claim is not genuine.

Important: Failure to Cooperate

If a customer fails to cooperate with our investigation - including failing to provide requested information within 14 days of our request - we will be unable to process the refund. We will always communicate clearly about what we need and why, and will give fair notice before closing a case.

Where fraud is confirmed by a third party (such as your bank), we will work with you to reach a fair resolution as quickly as possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
